Offers expectant parents a relaxed, informal and entertaining way of gathering the much needed information surrounding the topics of labour and birth. Classes are taught by a qualified midwife who is also a mum!

Taught at the teachers home, the classes have an informal but educational structure

They will cover topics such as:

• recognising labour
• active birth
• deviations from the norm
• pain relief
• feeding and newborn care
